Call it three days of Mat Madness in Northwest Ohio this weekend.
Friday take your pick in Wood County.
You can go watch the annual Perrysburg Invitational Tournament or the Suburban Lakes League duals set to also get underway Friday down the road at Otsego. Both tournaments continue Saturday.
If you are in the Mansfield area, there's plenty of action on tap in Plynouth for the Big Red's annual pool tournament or you could go down and watch Lexington roll through their own dual meet tournament.
Also farther north, the newly renamed Dale Carroll Invitational is set for Clyde this weekend.
And if you are itching for some more mat action, Sunday the Catholic Invitational Tournament, featuring 37 teams from across the state will be going on at Toledo Central Catholic. I've taken a lot of teams to the CIT over the years and I highly recommend it.
